Very good, quick and easy. :) I was serving these with a surf and turf dish, so wanted to include mushrooms...I just doubled the sauce and followed the rest of the recipe. Delicious. I added my pic..but, it's a lil blurry, for some reason. :( Thanks for the recipe Drea!

These were awesome! First time grilling brussels and they were fantastic! Purple onion was a great match with these! The basting sauce was yum and I basted quite a bit to make sure the flavor stayed. Thanks Missdrea! My IMI review Brussels Sprouts On A Skewer

By all means, Missdrea, freeze the rhubarb cake - I just don't like to refrigerate baked goods since it tends to dry them out. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for the friend invite and your wonderful 'review' of the pinto bean soup. I am so happy you enjoyed it.
  • susanmay 5 years ago about spicy chicken corn chowder
Made this for lunch today. I used some chicken I had already cooked, 1 breast and 2 thighs, that I took the skin off of and pulled. For the chilies I used a 4 oz. can of green chilies and 1 chipotle pepper in adobo with a bit of the adobo sauce. It gave it a nice smoky and spicy flavor. It took a while longer than the 20 minutes for the potatoes to cook, so I just let them finish cooking after I had added the milk. I let the soup cook covered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, after I added the milk. The only thing that was missing from the final product was salt. I don't know how much I added, just enough to suit our taste. Very good, and thanks for the recipe!!

Very good and has tons of flavor! I used yellow rice cause that's what I had on hand. I love the peas in this and have never had Mexican rice with peas before! Added a pic. and sorry about it being so flash wasn't working and it was a crummy dark day :) IMI link -------> Mexican Rice

Hi again...thanks, once again, for your comments...I am SO glad the Cream of soup worked for you...I haven't had it fail me, yet. ;) Also, the burritos are meant to just be easy, yeah, for just the kind of situation you needed, but adding rice to them would be great, of course. Thanks for trying them, and best of luck to you all with the move! :)
