About me
I was born and raised in Mississippi,and miss it something awful!! I was raised cooking with mama and 6 sisters.I love comfort food and low country cookin'.I can get in the kitchen and come up with a meal even if the fixins' are slim.I've had to do that many of times.i love to make new recipes and love just about all kinds of food.I'm so glad I stumbled across this group.I'm looking forward to trying some of your recipes and having lots of cooking buddies.

I made it and it was so wonderful..addicting, I have never been a poundcake fan this won me over. I imagine this recipe is older than us put together!
