About me
I live on the Far South Coast of Australia, in a town called Merimbula. I was once a vegetarian, for 6 years, but that was 3 years ago. Alot of my cooking inspiration came from creating new flavours through vegetarian cooking. My childhood also inspired my cooking passion from my Hungarian mother, cooking traditional peasant food. I now love cooking food from all over the world, my favourite is definantly Middle eastern and mediterranean, always finding great local produce and using the best of ingredients.
