About me
I think most all daily tasks can be therapeutic if you use a little creativity. Be inspired to inspire! If life gives you lemons... there's a lot of great recipes with lemons, if you don't know any, then make lemonade, or, consider your gardening skills and grow something else. :o) I love the Appalachian Mountains and their people, beauty,history, music, culture. I'm always learning new songs and stories from the folks around. I'm learning to play these songs on banjo and guitar and further educate people that come through. Ain't nothing like a careful home cooked meal to bring people together and the picking, grinning, singing, and stomping helps you digest. ;o)
