I'm lucky cause I get to spend some time in my own country and some in England where a lot of my extended family live. I hope to bring elements of both cuisine to the Group Recipes table! This idea sounds good, except for the mushrooms. I can no longer tolerate mushrooms in my food but the rest sounds delish.
