About me
I love International cooking and travel (when I have a spare moment). I'm a father of 4 (ages 9 mos to 9 yrs), an Internet software guy, a soccer coach. Things are busy. But I still love cooking a great meal with fresh ingredients and sharing it with friends. A few glasses of good wine to go with it doesn't hurt either. :-)

Went to Majorca many years ago but ate mostly seafood,veal and sangrias. This sounds wonderful. Will certainly try it sometime.
