Hi Miz.. that's why I like this chicken Cacc. recipe. I have a couple others that take forever. But you actually head home from work, stop at the food mart, and have dinner by 7 with this...

Good morning, Anna! I hope you finally got some sleep last night and are not worn out today.
Thanks for dropping by the Salpicao and Cuba Libre recipes! I think you will really like the Salpicao...it has a really nice taste and I love all the textures going on with it. And hey - the Super Bowl 'Party' is the main event, right? The game is just an excuse to throw a fun party. ;) My spin anyway.
I've never been to a Cuba Libre but it looks nice from their website. It doesn't look like there's one near me either. *Darn*
Well, sweetie - you have a great day and keep smiling. I'll catch you later...

Good Morning Mizblizz. Thank you for leaving a comment on the Low Country Succulent Shrimp And Cheese Grits recipe that I submitted.
I'm sorry to hear that your first taste of grits wasn't a pleasing one. The first time I had grits and that was a long time ago, I had a pat of butter, Maple Syrup and crispy bacon on top. I will never forget that and the taste was out of this world!!! I suppose the old man that gave you a scolding because of the way you ate your grits would have totally freaked out at me. It all depends on what part of the States you are being served grits. I have had many compliments on that recipe and I hope you like it. If you prepare it, please let me know if you enjoy it or not. I certainly hope you do.
