About me
I love to cook and entertain. But, I also like to put together quick meals that are satisfying and healthful for just my family. I have an uncommon love of spinach, love to bake giant chocolate chip, walnut cookies (and not much else when it comes to baking.) I learned to cook at my father's knee, especially traditional Italian sauces and homemade pastas. I am blessed to have a mother who is an excellent, and adventurous cook, as well. I am proud to have converted my husband to a recovering picky eater and am working hard to make sure that my one year old son doesn't follow in his footsteps, but only in that regard.
