I am a self taught cook of many years. I was taught to cook by my mother who fried everything. I taught myself to cook once I got out on my own then I had to teach my mother how to cook. :) I have two grown daughters and presentl
y live with 3 cute kitties who keep me busy just keeping up with their demands. I've had to change my cooking style over the years as I became disabled and therefore had to learn shortcuts and conviencence in order to put a tasty meal on the table.
