Yummy, I thought this was so good! I was very worried about flipping this and it looked like it was going to break and fall apart in the process, but it didn't. What a new cool way to have noodles! Added a review in the IMI link below.

This recipe went up to five stars after the leftovers sat in the refrigerator all day. Next time I'll make this up in the morning and eat it for dinner.

This was pretty tasty. I think a bit more soy sauce or sesame oil or both wouldn't hurt. I added a couple of tablespoons of salad shrimp to mine. Only used 2 Tbs of butter, too. I used Oriental flavor noodles, too. Added a picture and a thread in IMI 1/25/14.

Made this without tomatoes and slightly altered quantities. I also cooked in a slow cooker for about 5 hours. This was delicious. Rating 4 star as I altered it slightly.

Thanks for the comment. I hope you like it with the cheddar. "Turkey coma" is an interesting phrase that I've never heard before :)

I'm so glad you liked the cherry cobbler. Pitting the cherries was the most work of all, but cherries are worth it! We've actually broken one pitter already, by using it to death. The cobbler was very tasty, by the way. In the future, I would probably use less sugar, though. It's a question of personal preference.

I saw that you have recipe software that you like. I am pretty computer illiterate, but my recipe addiction is getting out of hand. I can't keep printing all these recipes. Which program do you suggest? This site is unreliable, but maybe that's why I like it.

Thanks so much for your nice comments. I lived in the U.P., MI in late 80's. My friends mom won first place in the Daily Mining Gazette with this one, and many others. wonderful cook she was!
