About me
I am a mother of two rambunctious boys. One is 2 and the other is 4. I work full time and take care of my family. My mother was an amazing cook, baker, and kool-aid mom. My family owned an Italian restaurant in Omaha called Marchio's that burnt down when I was a child.

Stuffed Chicken Rolls
I wonder if I could use pulverized pork rinds instead of the flour to reduce the carb count? This looks superb. Can't wait to give it a try. Thanks for the yummy post.
