ssions. After 27 yrs in the restaurant business,( 17 of those in the kitchen, where I was able to use my creativity to please the customers..) I am finally slowing down a little. Now instead of just smelling coffee, I can smell the roses too. My favorite thing to do is to analize the flavors in a restraunt food,, then recreate it at home tasting the same or close to it. My elderly uncle is my greatest fan. He loves to eat , and looks forward to new recipes, especially deserts/.
