I'm a West Virginia Mountain Momma who loves to cook! I'll cook anything and feed it to anybody! (Hungry? Com'on over!) I especially love Southern foods and Mediteranian Cuisine, but I'm not picky! I'll try anything at least twice! One of my favorite challenges is revamping favorite recipes to make them healthier without loosing flavor. I opperate a small catering business called 'Mesa's Healthy Helpings'. We specialize in "Good cooking that's good for you, too!"
