About me
I'm a peasant cook in a kosher kitchen. Chicken dishes, vegetables, desserts, cakes. I don't mind endless amounts of vegetable chopping, and I'm getting over my aversion to separating eggs, but involved technique and lengthy preparation processes are generally not my thing. Most of the time my ingredients are not precisely measured - But I know how to observe, reproduce and document my results: If one of my recipes is not detailed enough, let me know and I will clarify.
