Good for you! I followed a low carb eating plan - not one of the popular ones - for a couple of years and it did make a difference. I lost weight and did feel 100% better. It's not easy, especially when surrounded by the currently popular American diet we've found ourselves in the midst of. Sadly, I've not been able to muster the energy to return to this way of eating. I really should! I'll say it again - good for you!
