About me
I love to cook, I live in the Southwest and have a lot of experience with New Mexico green chile cooking. However, my mother and family were from Oklahoma and Arkansas so I have a tremendous Southern influence in my cooking and style. Being an artist I like for everything to be pretty, creative, meaningful and a wonderful memory. I love holidays as they bring me so many warm memories of when I grew up with family, I associate food with family and friends, the more the better! I am better at cooking desserts, cookies, and cultural entrees than meat. ha.
