About me
I live with my sweetie who can be a bit of a picky eater (for example if he finds out it's Asian, he won't like it, and it's not a meal without a decent hunk of meat), while I'm trying to manage my weight and stay healthy, so I sometimes end up cooking for one, twice! (I also have been substituting tofu or other protein sources for the meat or seafood he's eating, so flexible recipes are my friend!)
