About me
Said to be an expert in Moroccan cuisine, but i like to think of myself as a humble intermediate cook. for the rest of the cuisines, though the result always gets a good feedback, i would say i am average because i haven't tried everything in foreign cuisines. I love to try new recipes... i enjoy making(in the order i make most) Moroccan, Italian, French, Middle eastern, Japanese, and Indian dishes .

Moroccan Milk With Almond
oh no, obviously after you break the fast:)
it's just very common in ramadan to have right before fasting time starts, cause almonds give the necessary energy:)

Msemmen Moroccan Flaky Br
Wow...this sounds almost like parauthas or roti which I ate in Pakistan and Bangladesh. I love the idea of stuffing them, especially with onions. Thanks so much!

Moroccan Tea Moroccan Mi
Thank you for this! I enjoy tea culture and will enjoy trying Moroccan tea culture too - hopefully in Casablanca, one day!
