About me
Hi, I am 55, a woman and live in Calaveras county in Ca. I love to cook and owned a sucessful restaurant on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevadas near Lake Tahoe for 8 years. I like big flavors and feel good food. My favorite things to cook are fabulous breakfasts and homemade soups and sauces. I was a chef at Kirkwood ski resort for a while and also owned a pizza parlour and catering business. I recently quit drinking and developed a raging sweet tooth so dessert recipes are welcome.
