Whole Wheat Flaxseed Panc
These are great and my kids love them. I use this recipe every weekend! I use organic 2% milk instead of rice milk though.

We love them with real maple syrup. They are also very yummy with a nut butter (almond is my fave) + maple syrup.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Coo
I tried these and they were pretty good! I added chocolate chips, and cut back on the oats. It was a sticky dough that I will have to try to find a way to make lower calorie.
