About me
Hi All !
I'm a man of 60 years and been cooking for myself and family for many years. I have worked in seafood prossesing for 12 years and know and love seafood of all kinds. I also love Italian and Mexican food.
I love good music and I am a major fan of Tori Amos and Kate Bush. Later when I have time, I will post some meals and drinks I have named for songs from my two fave women in music.
I am glad to be a member of this site full of foodies like myself.
