    These are amazing! It is so funny that many recipes using the natural sweetness of honey or molasses still call for cup(s) of sugar....I am always on the hunt for goodies that use the 'old fashioned' ways to calm a sweet tooth. Leave it to great-grandma, I guess, as we live in a sugary corn syrup filled world these days! These are perfect, soft chewy and simply delish! Thank you for sharing this recipe, it will be used in this house over and over again!

    i have not done this in a bundt pan. it's borderline on density as to whether i'd want to try it as a bundt. this cake travels well & i have some great 9 x 13's with tight lids that especially for traveling are easier to manuver than a bundt so have always made it that way.
