About me
I am a 24 year old who has been cooking since I was 10. I have formal training in culinary arts from one of the top cooking schools in America. I love Italian food and just about any other cusine there is. I am the type of cook that will look in my fridge and see what I have and develop something on the fly. I also love simplicity. If you have great ingredients then less is more. If I were stranded on a island and could only have two ingredients to cook dishes with they would be garlic and cheese. I am currently looking for a great pizza dough recipe, so if you have a great one let me know. There are a few items I do not like at all. Indian curry, RaRam herb and cilantro. It has come to the point that I have to lie to waiters and say I am allergic to cilantro to make sure I don't get any in my dish. Give me a little time and I will be posting some great recipes.
