About me
I'm a mom to 3 kids under 3 and I'm happily married to a man who loves to grill whatever I marinate. I didn't know a thing about cooking until I got married 6 years ago and then realized that if we wanted to eat, one of us was going to have to learn to cook! Since my husband is better at dishes than cooking, I won! I started reading cookbooks and watching food network and lo and behold--I loved it! I've been cooking and creating tasty stuff ever since! We love to entertain our family and friends, so I'm always looking for something new and delicious! I'm from Southern California, so Mexican food is a staple for me. I'm an enchilada-for-breakfast kind of girl!

Sorry I didn't respond sooner - my wife and I were on a two-week cruise and had cooking classes in a number of ports in Mexico and the Caribbean. Now if I can only find some time to practice before I forget everything!

This sounds good. I love peanuts and the use of them in asian food. I may have to make this one on a night i will be home by myself.

I just made this and it was FANTASTIC! I used chunky peanut butter because that's all we had in the house and it still came out yummy I think. Thanks for the post!
