About me
My day job is in Information Technology at a local casino; when I'm home I love to cook, among other things. It makes for good balance in life! I been cooking since I was about 12 but can always find something new and different to cook. Friends and family kid me because I never make anything the same way twice. The current version depends on what tastes good to me when I'm cooking it. I live in a fairly rural area (the grocery store is not around the corner), so I often have to work with what I have instead of running to the store. Eating is never a boring affair at my house!
