I have always loved to cook and I am all self-taught! I enjoy unique flavors and tastes, yet I always appreciate a classic! I love game recipes - especially for venison, elk, and fresh trout! I truly love to bake and create new dessert recipes as well - if you can dream it, I can probably create it! My husband is a spice lover so I am slowly learning to appreciate good spicy food!!
