About me
I love to cook, especially using fresh ingredients. In the summer I grow my own herbs and then dry them for use in the winter. I belong to a cooking group where we experiment with a different theme each month. I am a great recipe "clipper" and try to keep them filed in a notebook. Sometimes it even happens. I am trying to learn about pairing wines with the meals.
