About me
Born: Los Angeles. Lived ~8 years in Tennessee. Lived 18 years in Richmond, Kentucky. Met my beautiful wife at college. We moved to Newark, Delaware for my job. After 11 years there, and two sons (Alec and Ethan), we decided it was time to come HOME to Kentucky. I do a lot more than just cooking. Mostly just small stuff. Metalworking, lathe work, leatherwork, woodworking. I love creating. And that's why I love cooking. It's creation that TASTES GOOD (Most times, hehe). I love making biscotti, which is odd, because I detest eating biscotti. :-) I love making chicken and dumplings, and my favorite, SUNDAY BIG BREAKFAST, which is usually not much more than pancakes, bacon, and eggs, though I'll hook up some biscuits and sausage gravy at times. My wife sent me to a Sushi-making class in Delaware for a Christmas present. NICE!! Love it! Not great at it, but we'll have various sushi for dinner once a month or so. Anyone who loves creating should take a class. They are extremely fun.
