About me
I am already having so much fun with this new community! I am a very busy wife and mom of 3 teenage, very athletic boys that require refueling almost every other hour! The entire family has become more health-conscious in the past few years due to all of our athletic goals (and healthy longevity goals, too!). I am always looking for recipes that are easy, healthy and family-friendly. I love to, first and foremost, spend time with my family, travelling, going to baseball games, spending time with great friends, reading and exercising. If you have any great pre or post workout recipe ideas I would love to hear from you! I also love when there is nutritional information posted with recipes....keep those coming!!!

Hi...
So pleased that 'We' are now 'Food Friends' !
One of my grandson's lifts weights, has been in many competitions,
and won in his age and weight class...last time in competition....he lifted
490lb. he is all muscle!....mjcmcook....

Hi Musky! Your boys'll love the chocolate trifle -- even tho they shouldn't be PMSing! As for "The Breasts of Friends" cookbook, the same women actually put two out. The group is a bunch of farm and town women from Saskatchewan, Canada. They do have a website: www.breastfriends.ca which will tell you about them. I find the books great because they are like this site, all tried and true recipes from real live cooks with real lives!! Thanks so much for asking! X0
