I've been cooking full meals since I was 12 - almost 30 years. I like to master a basic recipe and understand how it all acts together I'll branch off and a few concoctions later produce something unique that makes people overeat - a trusty benchmark. My conquests include beer, bread, pizza, grilling, marinades, and a surprising variety of pancakes. My latest interest has been in Mediteranean from N Africa to Lebanon to Greece.
