Currently lovin': Favorites: Italian (esp. the eggplant/mozzarella/anchovy appetizer at a restaurant in Venice; anything deep dark chocolate; raw vegetables and raw fruits.

About me
My husband loves to cook as much as I do. He has the best technique on the grill. His steaks are so awesome that our grownup kids will not order grilled items at a restaurant, knowing it won't hold up to their Dad's steaks or salmon or BBQ ribs. I work fulltime and cater special events for special friends. Love putting on Asian-fusian buffets -- small tables filled with food representing different countries: Chinese, Filippino, Thailand, Vietnamese, etc.
