    it's a lovely curry but please could you tell me whether to add almonds or not?I have this recipe in a cook book and it doesn't mention almonds in the ingredients but in the preparation it says now put in the ground almonds????

    This is an excellent recipe. Thank you! The results were nearly as good as my favorite (award winning!) shortbread, Bonnie Doons. I tweaked the recipe a little bit, but kept the ratios the same. I cut it in half and it still made a lot of cookies! I used raw honey and no nuts. I used tapioca starch for part of the flour (1/4 c. + 1/8 c. and the rest flour). For the flour, I used extra-fine flour. And I substituted 2 T of the butter for virgin coconut oil. Also, I added a pinch of sea salt. I sprinkled coconut flakes on half of the dough and then baked it in an enamel-coated iron baking dish at 300 for 40-45 minutes or so and then cut it and put it in the freezer. Once it was cool, I put it back in the oven at 450 for 5-10 minutes to give it some more color and then put it in the freezer to cool again.

    Hi there, I left a message on the 12th Night Cake recipe page. Hope you can help me...I keep coming back to the picture of this cake! Hope you can tell us more about it...I tried zooming on the pix but it doesn't work. Would love to see a better resolution pic if possible? I see copies all over google images, hopefully you are the originator? Thanks!

    Healthy Flax Pancake Mix - What liquid at what ratio do I use with this dry mix? Example: 1 c. dry mix to 1/2 c. water.
