About me
I've worked in the food buisness for around 18 years, and love to cook at home also... I love food, just not a fan of "Cold" cheese I need it melted. Hahaha I know.. strange. I love to look around a bare cupboard and make up things with ingredients I have sitting around. I'm still trying to perfect General Tso's chicken... I just about have it down 100%. And its not like most you find on the internet... You know the soy, water, corn starch type. Lets hook up and start cooking !!!
