About me
I would say I'm a good cook, but plain, simple New England country cooking mostly. Love food, but need to watch what we're eating. Have 6 grown children (4 sons, 2 daughters with one son and one daughter, the babies being twins) and grandchild # 7 due Feb. Don't know anything about ethnic cooking. Sensitive to hot, spicy foods, don't like. Loving the fresh vegetable season. I work in a very busy Physical Therapy office. I enjoy family and friends. I if I get the chance I like sewing, quilting, cardmaking, knitting. I also like to give consumable gifts. I've been putting up homemade jams recently to put away for gifting.

I was looking for a recipe and accidently stumbled to this site.
I am the receptionist/aide to a Physical Therapist in an all-new practice. Love family life, although don't get chance to see them as often as I'd like....everyone's schedules busy. If I could stay home instead of having a job, I'd prefer that, even though I love my job.
I always have trouble thinking up something to take to a pot-luck meal....like today. We're getting together for extended family reunion and haven't a clue as what I'm bringing.
I also enjoy sewing/quilting, cardmaking, knitting....don't have time to do much though.
I sure hope I can figure all of this site out.
