    I see you use soy powder in this recipe...does it need it, or is it just for the protein? (I don't tolorate soy well)

    WOW! Simply smashing! Your Lady Tarragon And Lord Pumpkin With Crepe Noodles was not something I would ever think about eating, but in the end decided to give it a go...and was I amazed at the flavors! Thanks for the post, Cheers!

    Agave is cactus juice, a lot like honey but a little thinner in consistency, and I believe it is lower on the glycemic index. I use Wholesome Brand Organic Blue Agave, I find at the local costco, rather inexpensive, especially for the amount I go through. Thanks for looking at my recipes, and happy cooking!...or freezing ice cream in this case. ;)
