    Hi Nadine: Here we don't get raw brown sugar just raw (unrefined) sugar. It's white sugar that's expensive here. The raw sugar has a mild molasses flavor.

    Thanks Nadine. Really glad you enjoyed the pork. Nice tweak with the white sugar and molasses. I use a fair bit of raw sugar so keep some on hand. You might try that. Enjoy and stay happy.

    Thank you so much for the lovely review, Nadine. I'm so happy that you liked it. To be honest, I made the glaze because I had a little sauce that I wanted to use up. I prefer mine without. Actually, that whole recipe came about because I had a little of this and a little of that that needed to be used.

    Yum! Tried this with devils food cake mix and canned cherry pie filling, exceptionally easy and revealed a not too sweet, moist and delicious cake! Some might frost it, but we like it as is! Thank you Nadine! (Next time thinking of using yellow cake mix and peach pie filling---- mmmm!)
