I love the same, my mother in law is a diabetic & so is 90 % of her family.. we try to get her to cut out alll the salt intake she has. she can put salt, let me tell you we eat her food and i can feel my insides shriveling as well as my mouth.. we finally got her to switch to sea salt which i think is better you use less and food tastes better. i hardly ever put salt in anything i use more vegetables in foods like i use alot of garlic & onion to season 99.9% of my food this way i dont use so much salt.. i just discoverd this site and love it..
