I retired almost 3 years ago and now have time to spend travelling, quality time with my grandhildren. I have always loved cooking but with running my own business the complicated recipes were just not tried. We ate well but nothing that took over half an hour from preparation to plate. I am now not just thumbing through cook books looking for quick, easy but healthy meal to fit into my working life am cooking meals that not only give me pleasure to prepare but meal times have become more of a traditional part of our every day lives and isn't that the way it should be?
