    Natasha, I make this all of the time. It's wonderful and easy. My kids usually eat it all before I can serve it over shortcakes. They also eat the Cool Whip before I put the dessert together. Thanks for the post!

    I just made up some marinade tonight for salmon, and was a little disappointed in myself. It needed more olive oil.

    Then again, it was still better than the bottled stuff - and better for me, too.

    I think I'll do the same this weekend; figure out my ratios (I don't think they want, "toss in this and that," do they?) and then post it.

    How else have you been? Do you like to read? I found another website to keep me occupied in the evening, too. I like connecting with people, but because I'm an introvert (hugely), I like doing it from my arm chair!

    Howdy,

    So far, I've just been browsing this website, no recipes from me yet.

    I will upload my favourite but I need to measure it out and scale up.

    I cook enough for 2, one being my daughter so my extras are enough for me.
