  • thiagoc 4 years ago about Bife Com Molho De Cafe - Steak With Coffee Sauce
    Did this yesterday,
The mix between, mustard, cream, coffee, and garlic, tasted like a a great potential.
Although in the suggested proportions I couldnt get it to have a good look/texture and taste. It tasted overly bitter. And overall it seemed like missing something, whenever you put it in your mouth you wait for the next flavor to come, but there is none.
On the consistency of it, maybe starting with a roux would improve it, so that it stayed on the top of the stake.

Thanks for the friend invite. I am not that familiar with Portuguese cuisine but very familiar with Spanish. Will look forward to getting acquainted with your countries' cuisine. We eat quite a bit of fish and seafood and there is very little that I don't like.
