About me
I am Portuguese, divorced (was married to an Englishman), living in Portugal, and cooking is my passion. Being a diabetic, I am always on the look for suitable sweet recipes - I have a sweet-tooth - very... But being a diabetic doesn't stop me enjoying baking, and enjoying great recipes... Without being pretentious, I would like the entire world to know the cooking of my country. I am absolutely passionate about its richness, flavours and traditions. Whenever I post a traditional Portuguese recipe, I will try to include some "historic" background.
