I am a baking freak, who would much rather bake a cake, cheesecake, cookies, whatever, before I would saute, baste, broil, grill anything. But thanks to the wonderful people I have met through AR and here at GR, I have come to believe in my abilities in the cooking realm. I am having fun trying new things and sometimes succeeding.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Just delicious....doubled the recipe and left out the oleo. I also pureed the soup, but made sure to leave many chunks of the veggies for texture. Thanks NE!!
