Hello Foodies, I follow the adage- The way to a Man( or a woman's) heart is thru his/her stomach... I am a strict vegetarian, love cooking quick easy, and tasty meals, recently started baking cakes.... and am good with Indian cuisine( home style) ..... Happy cooking

Instead of using egg white I would suggest you use 2 teaspoons of gelatine dissolved in 2 dessert spoons of water, it should have the same effect! Let me know how it goes! ( Fondant Icing)
