Born and raised in South Africa, have been living in Italy for many years now. I love food and being creative, especially experimenting in the kitchen. I love spicy foods and Italian cooking. how are you? thanks SO much for stopping my blog! I love when new people come by. Have you fixed bacalao before? I absolutely love it! And please check back on Monday--I'm dedicating a post to all things plantain, including tostones, maduros, etc...! Amazing how many people love this old time fave of mine!

Where in Italy are you?? LOVE Italia. Haven't been there in 9 years! Time to go back!
