I ended up using Hot Bob Evans sausage because our store was out of the regular. I left out the hot sauce and it worked fine. Can you get Bob Evans sausage there?

How many did you get out of the recipe? I made 8, which I think might not have been enough - they were very large and needed quite a bit longer to bake. On reading your message to me, you mentioned about the poultry seasoning. I totally forgot to put it in my recipe. Duh!!!
