About me
Hi, I'm Kenster from www.allrecipes.com. I was born in Mi, USA, and have been living in the UK for nearly 6 years. My wife is from Great Britain, and has family from a previous marriage. We moved here to be with them (although, they have since grown up), and to look after her Mom. I love all kinds of different foods. It was a joke at one time that every food was my favourite food. I am a huge fan of Southern Cooking, and I love BBQ's. I love Polish recipes as well (I grew up in a Polish family, and ate lots of Polish food). I'm not much into sweet foods or desserts really, and I'm really not a health-food fanatic. I think food should simply be enjoyed, and I believe too much of anything isn't good for you whether it's healthy or not period. I am looking forward to making new friends on here, meeting up with my friends from AR , and I'm looking forward to exchanging recipes. If there is anything else you would like to know about me, feel free to ask.

I ended up using Hot Bob Evans sausage because our store was out of the regular. I left out the hot sauce and it worked fine. Can you get Bob Evans sausage there?

How many did you get out of the recipe? I made 8, which I think might not have been enough - they were very large and needed quite a bit longer to bake. On reading your message to me, you mentioned about the poultry seasoning. I totally forgot to put it in my recipe. Duh!!!

Hi Cherry PtWife21, I've not tried either one to be honest. Chicken I think would go very nice, and that would be my first choice to try - Turkey would be an interesting exper
