About me
My mom trained in a bakery making cakes and other tasties in Ireland and was a caterering manager most of her working life here in England, she instilled the love, interest and skills in cooking I now have. I live in London and there is a melting pot of foods and cultures, its now so easy to buy fresh products from all over the globe. I love experimenting and trying new tastes. Plus I still like the basics my mom cooked at home soda breads, cake bread, apple pies, stews, bram bracks, baked salmon mmmmmm.............I feel hungry now
