About me
I'm a 31 year old stay at home mom of 4 (5 if you count my husband) I LOVE to make cakes! I'm always looking for that next great recipe. I love to cook for my family, and they love to eat (= I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 13 years ago. It was really hard at first, but you learn to adjust. I LOVE my family, they are what keeps me going. My mom is the best cook and my dad could put together just about anything, and it was always good. I really miss my dad a lot, he passed away April 16th, 2008 .............. That just about sums me up in a nut shell!
