About me
I am like you, a working guy who makes my living as an Electrician. I have been my entire life a problem solver. Some who know me may say I have started some problems along the way too. I wanted to try to come up with a better way to cook tacos. After a long night in a garage with a band saw and file, I designed a new product that will revolutionize taco cooking around the world! I filed for a US Patent and 18 months later I received it. Then in 2006 I started a company called La Cook-a Rack-a with my website www.TacoRack.com In two short years without advertising, my products went from gifts given to friends and family to sales in 36 states including Hawaii, Canada and England.
