About me
Born and raised in Europe. Moved to the US a few years back. I live with my 10 cats - YES - 10 cats and yes, my husband thinks I am the crazy cat lady! Stopped eating meat and dairy products due to an almost fatal reaction to the hormones we put in our livestock. I will eat mussles and clams but that's about it. I will cook anything I am asked to cook - just can't eat it. I am passionate about learning in general but love to create dishes that are unique in texture, flavor and ingredients so feel free to show and tell me all about what I don't know
