About me
I love blending intense flavors and colors into delicious meals. Cooking is definitely an art form and my favorite palettes include savory herbs, spices, nuts, sharp cheeses, rice, beans, corn, tofu, coconut, citrus, and of course chocolate! I think that I still have much to learn in the kitchen, so I'm always eager try new formulas. Some of my recipes come out a little strange, but every now and then I find a real gem. I'm really enjoying the ability to share in the treasure hunt. Thanks!
