About me
My nickname is ninna and I´m Icelandic, have a british boyfriend, live in denmark, drive a german car, have 2 half american nephews, a nephew growing up in finland and I love food and I love to travel. I get easily bored with eating the same food again and again so I am always on the lookout for something new. Occationally I raid the fridge and throw together something new and exciting, sometimes new and never to be tried again :)

I, too, would serve this over brown rice for both the absorption of sauce and the texture.

You can do this also with potatoes and rutabaga. Works the same, but slightly sweeter.
