Heyyy! My name is Mike. I'm a 25yr old male from the Jersey Shore! I have been brought up around all sorts of kitchens my entire life, and have always loved the thought of cooking. I have a healthy italian influence fromt the years I worked in a great Italian restauranut. I also worked for Whole Foods Market as a butcher and learned a lot of great techniques for cutting and marinating meats and chicken. I consider myself a diverse chef, but my main skiills lie in my sautee and knife skills ability.
